Help to find right size of tube

Can any one help me iam going to NC500 trip just want to buy extra tubes just to be on the safe side but when I go online to buy it says select 130/70 or number go on and on I have scorpion rally oem tyres which came along bike please help to select the right size of tube front and rear?

Rear is a 150 wide tyre but most tubes won't be listed as that. 

140x18 or 400 or 450 is all fine. 

Mitchelin or v rubber

A "Not so good" experience with 140/80-18 MotoZ HD tube, so sometimes sizing does make a difference.
