Seat comfort

The stock seat on the t7 is absolutely terrible so I ordered the Yamaha rally seat and it was an improvement but still not a long haul seat that I could do any distance on it’s just too narrow or my ass is too wide so as a last shot I ordered the Seat concepts comfort touring seat and I can now ride all day in reasonable comfort! You’re never going to get gold wing comfort on a t7 but this seat stop me from trading this bike for something more comfortable!! Now with the added comfort of the seat concepts seat this bike is a perfect bike

Which rally seat?  The one with or without the writing on the side?

The Sargent is also a huge improvement over stock.

I also had to upgrade and put a touratech seat on mine, a huge improvement in comfort!

The Rally seat I had was the one with no writing on it.As far as I’m concerned it’s a waste of money for any kind of long distance comfort!!The seat concepts comfort touring seat is getting better with every mile

Agreed, the stock seat on these is one of the worst out there. I tried a Seat Concepts and it didn't work for me either so I tried a GUTS foam replacement and it's OK now. I recommend the medium if you do this.
