Pannier Racks

I have an HP corse High level exhaust on a T700

I would like to fit some pannier racks.

Does anyone know how low (Adventure Spec racks) hang, will they protect the soft luggage from getting hot/burning?.

Alternatively, anyone running the same exhaust with racks, If yes what racks are you using?.

I have the hpcorse high and AS sideracks. I put my Turkana hippohips softbags on it. They hang lower then the sideracks, but still few cm between rack and bag. 

No issues.
