At 198 cm tall i need some bar risers that also can be offset forward.

Look promising, KBA certification ensures they aren't made from crappy aluminium.

But that much forward offset might cause some issues. I've rotated the OEM risers forward and had to shorten the inner bar end of my Acerbis handguards. Handlebars/levers might get in contact with the dash when fully rotated with those risers.
