Ever closer….

the goal being to get it as good and light as possible. I broke my spine and have two further surgeries this year on top of the two last year - when looking for something modern (I build and ride vintage triumph dirt bikes) the tenere was the only bike that made sense.

so far:

Continental TKC80 Tyres

Camel ADV 1 Finger Clutch

Camel ADV Anti Bobble Head

Camel ADV / Scorpion Exhaust

Camel ADV Traction Pegs

Camel ADV Sidestand Spring

Camel ADV Flasher Relay

Camel ADV Fix brake pedal

3D Printed Indicator Blanks

Motogadget Indicators

Acerbis Silencer Protector

Acerbis Frame Protectors

Acerbis Chain Guide Block

ProGrip Foam Rally Grips

Puig Short Levers

Rally Raid Fork Shroud Screws

Smaller Pressed Plate

B&B Tail Tidy

Kriega OS Base

Kriega OS Rear Peg Eliminators

Rugged Road Chain Guard

Motoes Bash Plate

Homemade Turned Sat Nav Bar (now gone due to rally tower)

Adventure Spec Crash Bars (now removed)

Fasst Flexx 15 degree Handlebars

Fasst Flexx Handguards

Rally Raid closed Cartridges and rear Spring (to be fitted)

Haan Wheelset (2.5 rear)

EBC Disc and Sprocket

Sintered pads

R Tech Body panels (when they finally arrive - been 10 weeks)

Yamaha Rally Radiator Guard

Prototype Company Rally Screen

4K rally tower and LED lights

Bonano spin on filler cap

Michelin Tracker tyres (for the Haan Wheels)

Charcoal canister delete

Probolt oil cap

Probolt stainless axle nut

Gilles axle adjusters

To be done:

Wish I had that much cash to burn.

Alcohol! No good story starts with a salad.

It’s not burnt, it’s making the bike better and easier for me to ride - taken a year of hard saving to do but it makes me happy

Thought you had two goals - as good as and as light as possible.

Thus I was wondering what was the stock weight and where are you now?

I've no interest in how much difference each component made.

cheers
