What goes here as stock?

I got my bike from Yamaha with the oem pannier rack so I never saw what fills the bolt holes. 
I am slimming my bloated 590 pound T7 by taking off all the heavy metal. Down 50# and going rackless. 
anyway, what goes in these bolt holes- stock 2021? Thx

A tiedown point.

you could replace the factory parts with these Kedo Parts.

Up until last week that would've been a good option, but sadly not anymore.

Anyone know the part number? My bike came with a rear rack that I won't be using and the seller didn't have the parts.
