What goes here as stock?

I got my bike from Yamaha with the oem pannier rack so I never saw what fills the bolt holes. 
I am slimming my bloated 590 pound T7 by taking off all the heavy metal. Down 50# and going rackless. 
anyway, what goes in these bolt holes- stock 2021? Thx

you could replace the factory parts with these Kedo Parts.

You could still order them from Kedo HQ in Germany - but shipping costs might kill this idea.
