Posted March 22, 20241 yr So, finally after my 15 posts, I can write about my ideas and plans. I bought my T7 used, with about 2900kms and more than 2 years of warranty left for a very fair price (for Swiss standards). It came with some minor mods and goodies. Mods: - Motea upper crash bars - Motea lower crash bars - Motea center stand (which I immediately removed) - Daytona heated grips (Version 2 I believe) - Touratech seat (still testing which seat is better) - OEM windscreen extension - Kriega OS with 2x 12L and 1 US-20 (which I already owned) That's what the Camutscha looks like as of now. Now to my plans, which have been in the making for more than a year. 🙂 I want to do long distance adventure (in my vacations) and when I'm home I want to do as much off-road as possible in Switzerland. Very limited options, but looking into a permit for a gravel factory and Italy and Austria is fairly close to my home as well. I still have the little XSR700 for road use, which is why I will probably put beefier tires on this one than I would ever need. I want some decent protection, a nice sound and of course, it has to look good. And I will try my best to keep it light (not as fanatic as other users on here, tho ;)). Goal is less than 205kg with 16L of Fuel. And less than 225kg in travel mode. Mods planned for near future: - Tail tidy (not sure what brand) - AXP Racing Skid Plate - Hand guards (not sure what brand) - Tires (MotoZ Tractionator ADV, probably) - Indicators - Headlight protector - mirrors (either double take or these hand guard mounted ones) - Acerbis chain guide More distant future: - Acerbis 23L tank - Windscreen adjuster - Acerbis frame protector - Foot pegs - HP Corse SP1 high - High fender kit (Kedo, Camel ADV, others??) - Speedo-Relo (Motology) - Chain - Sprocket - Air filter - Decal-Kit - Different crash bars (I have a feeling that mine are unnecessary heavy) - Rally seat - Rtech fairing kit Very distant future: - Steering dampener (scotts) - Cartridge kit (no idea what brand) - Shock (no idea what brand) I fiddled around with this genius photoshop alternative (gimp) and created this beautiful portrait of Camutscha: This build is heavily inspired by Leonoor's Desert X (Insta, YouTube) and Christian's CRF250L (Insta) and it's a good match to a chamois' fur. 🙂 I look forward to continuously update this thread and to your feedback (still don't quite get it, whether people can respond to this thread or not).
