Are the acerbis rally pro handguards a straight fit to the Tenere? Do they need any kind of modification?

Can you share how tall you are and if you have the rally seat as well.?

No modification needed, just remove the bar end weights which are screwed in.

The bike will come with heated grips and there is a special bar end for the heated grips...anyway. thank you!

I'm (just) 172 cm, but I'm used to ride enduro bikes and I like the handlebar in an upper position.

I do not have the rally seat.

Fitted the Kriega OS Base and bags. Looks great with the black and Flouro colour scheme!

Do the bags mount on a special plate? I will be traveling next year in Europe and was thinking just to strap a US 20 and US 20 on the back seat, but this looks good.

Would you be able to post some more pictures when you get a chance.

No plates, it's just like a set of saddlebags you'd get on a horse! Super light and easy to get mounted up. They also have mounting points for a bag in the middle (on top) too.

The instructions recommend drilling into a rear fender to mount two strap loops. You can get away with just trying down to the back two luggage bolts where the passenger seat is, but I'm still looking at a better option. I probably will end up drilling into the plastic.

I wouldn't want to drill holes into the plastica of the bikes that is for sure, but they do look nice.

Cheers for the information

Hi. I ordered mine with this bracket, do you think the bags can be used with this? It would be nice if you could post photos of how the bracket for the bags is located. The black one is the nicest 🙂

Ooooooh.... You almost need a bigger car there.

I collected my rear rack in a friends Nissan Micra and we had to unbox the rack to get it into the Micra’s boot. So well (MX5) Miata done.... Happy fitting.

Today I mounted R&G engine case covers on my T7 and had an hour ride  around my neighborhood.

Looking at mine I cannot see the OS base fitting with th Yamaha rear rack at all...I have both items unfitted and it's going to be one or the other.May consider altering the OS base by splitting and fitting some webbing straps to bridge the seat and go under the grab handles on the rack...the OS base is just not wide enough as it is...it was a quick trial fit so I will take another look soon.
