@Camel ADV

You really like a hammer....

Can your panels be painted?

I have the skyblue rally color and like this color.

The OEM panels hold paint well which is one of the reasons manufacturers use them. The PP material isn’t great for painting but wrapping them might be a good option.

When will it be available in Europe ?

pls ship directly 😉

No can do on the direct shipping. The cost of shipping, the delays, drama with customs, angry emails from customers about having local VAT, brokerage etc due once they arrive (despite notes on every product page)… no thank you!

Our EU/UK dealers are a much better option for all parties involved!

Excellent work Cory, been waiting a while for someone to make some decent plastics for the T7.

You just need to make some round 🐪 badges to replace the Yam ones now 😬

Camel badges were planned but the cost and timelines didn’t work out unfortunately. Perhaps we’ll add them at a later date if things line up better.

Looks like we have deviated a little.

Another fantastic product from Cory and the team.

Why can't OEMs learn............oh, Cory would be out of business and we wouldn't have anything to spend our hard earnt on.

Yup, if OEMs made perfect bikes, I’d be out of a job!

I would love to buy these but $400AUD is out of the question.

Australia dollar is free falling into oblivion.

Plus I have had a bad experience with a small package from the US via USPS.

2 weeks to get from Arizona to LA and another 2 weeks and it is lost.

I wish we had better shipping options to Australia, they are all crazy expensive or very very slow (6-8weeks). We’re often subsidizing rates… if the site calculates @$120 but the the actual cost is $150, we just eat it… it happens a lot for Australian shipments.

If you want, send me a picture of the logo and I can make a 3D print file out of it for you. So anyone can print their own Camel Logo's.

I’d put 3d printed Camel logos in place of my Yamaha ones even if I didn’t but the plastic fenders! Hell yeah!

With regards the rear section, could it be made in 3 sections to reduce the mould size.

x2 side panels and one small centre section/mudguard

@Camel ADV, when can we expect blue and where do South Africans order from?

Thanks

LocoMoto is our RSA dealer. I don't have an ETA for blue at the moment but they are coming.

  • 3 weeks later...

I got the fairings pre ordered in Germany and found Yamaha gel logo stickers (original size 50 mm) on ebay. They are a lot cheaper and more flexible than the original ones. They fit and look great. Especially with the round 50 mm stickers from 3M that are shipped with the side fairings.

If anyone has a blue/grey T7 with these fairings mounted and can post a pic, that would be cool.

Stock panels on it are metallic and I would just like to see how much difference there is. 😁

@Ede-DE do you have a link to the Yamaha logos you bought?

I bought the logos on ebay.de. They include (german) sales tax of 19%. 😬 You might get 'em cheaper where you live.

By putting the spare part number in your favorite search engine you'll get a lot of local choices.

On the other hand go to ebay and search for "yamaha logo sticker 50 mm" and you'll get results like this one.
