Welcome to the Forum. Lots of Crashbars discussions under Parts and Upgrades sub forum. Here's one that came up  after searching that forum that should help you.

Short story is, that it is a tall bike and if taken off road you will be dropping it.  The choice is to repair/keep damage from the events, or protect the soft bits from those nasty mean rocks.

If you stay on the pavement I'd forgo the crash bars.   If you ride on the rough and you like keeping your ride in decent looking shape I'd spring for some bars.   the T7 is one of the most popular bikes on the planet, every supplier offers products for it.   Comes down to looks and price that you like.
