What have you done for your T7 today?

Then I went for a ride in the Trinity River Basin. Got stuck twice and had to push, that was no fun. But I had a blast. Definitely need the rear tire soon. Maybe tomorrow.

Those look rather aggressive.  Do you think they will last on any length of pavement?

I have had Mitas E09 and an E10.  Both wear rapidly.  Like 5000 km and done .

I've had an Adventure front on mine (the predecessor to the Dual Venture) and it's got OUTSTANDING mileage.  I'm around 4000kms on it, and it still looks new, still over a full cm remaining tread depth.  The Dual Venture gets better mileage and can be reversed to counter cupping/shark tooth wear.   For the rear, when talking midsized adventure bikes people tend to get around 10,000 miles/16,000kms, though of course this will vary based on how you ride.  Still, for aggressive, knobby, 50/50 tires that's really good.

Added and then tested my new Puig windscreen.

Very happy with the improvement.

Ebay $22.99 MT07 levers. Pazzo knock-offs (i do feel a little guilty, but cannot justify $165 for levers). Fit is solid.

Another beautiful day out. Was mostly slabbing it today, but hit the pier for some grub.

Nice additions. Interesting power adapter. Did you look at the HealTech Thunderbox at all?

No, not heard of that one.  I've got an EB PC-8 on my S10 and a 3CS on my WR250R so happy with their stuff.

If you got it dirty then clean it up with a Muc Off Power washer - it works -

Moved her to my backyard for farkling:

Set up sag correctly (just by chance it fits perfectly: Weighing 78kg without gear, I get 5cm sag, so it should be around 6cm/30% with gear and some luggage).

Then installed @Camel ADV Anti Bobble Head. Thanks to the installation video, it was super simple 👌

Finally took some pictures!

I want to install my SW Motech Crash bars today  but can't find the torque specs for the replacement engine bolts. Anyone have that info? In the SW M instructions it states "OEM" for the torque. Thanks

That means you should check the shop manual for the torque specs from the original bolts that came out to be replaced by i guess longer ones.
Don't know which bolts they are but maybe they're listed here?

I think they two I need specs for are #6 55nm and the bottom right in your photo 75nm. Does everyone agree? See photo - sorry it is sideways. Thanks all

Went for a ride up country and down some dirt roads the other day, this creek crossing was concrete, covered with a hairy slime, I almost slipped over walking onto it and didn't feel comfortable riding over it so I doubled back.  It was the corner at the other side that balked me, anyone ever experienced this sort of slime before?

yes. it is torturous.  I would have tried to kick step a path or used a branch to try to dig down to the concrete before giving up. But would have done the same. Your tip over there would have been nearly impossible to get your bike back up. Just thinking about it, since it is not that long, I wonder if it would have been possible to back your bike backwards while sliding it on the kickstand. Using the kickstand as a "third wheel". Just a thought  as I wasn't there, but wish I was

Was another BEAUTIFUL day out today, so I rode here to the coast. Honestly I think this has been the nicest stretch of weeks in a very long time.
