Thanks, guess just the one be enough, lol.
The white kind of goes with your bike I’ll say.

Dam that dam Boredom, maybe not for everyone’s cup of tea I guess .

Different, you can always redo if selling or trading her 😉.

Changed my 'short ' clutch lever to a longer version of the same,  the short brake lever is comfy to use but the short clutch lever is not,  your fingers pull against the balled end .  Cheers,  Steve

Nice Look. One of the reasons i didn´t bought that exhaust was the red traces in the Mivv plate eheheh

But in the White and Red T7 looks very good

What do I do now??????????????

Fitted the B&B off Road Engineering (Aus.) bash plate and the Adventure Spec crash bar (the only thing I couldn’t get manufactured in Australia). Fitted the pannier packs on and I’m ready to go except for the lock down. Now that that’s all done I don’t know what else to do. I just want to ride the bloody thing now.

That looks real nice Allen.

I got an idea for you though, to keep you busy. Pull the bike apart, right down to the last piece, get some new gaskets and then put it all back together. By the time you have done that we should all be allowed out again? 😉

Chalk and cheese. I took the XT out for a short run a couple of days ago to get the oil circulating it was like going from a Rolls Royce to a Sherman tank. The XT is such a raw bike in every sense of the word especially on road. I have actually just sold it to a mate because I can’t see me on it much now with the T700

Thanks for the post Davey. I have a pair of these in my pile of dusty mods ready to go on the Tenere when it shows up, and have been curious how tight it will be around the levers. Cheers.

yeah I have had 3 xt600s over the years & did lots of klms on them but the t7 kills it, its so much smoother & has no chain snatch. the only thing the 600 had better was the less weight

Levers are a bit tight depending on angle of bars and such, looking at some short levers as use to using two fingers anyway but the standard ones work okay.

Thanks, just wanted something other than Barkbusters and these seem really good, and without paying for extra addons it's all there in the pack !

I removed my rear pegs as well, do yourself a favour and blank the holes off with something like these or you might get water ingress in the frame.
