I used the old, redundant vent pipe on the stock tank (as it has a 90° bend in it) clamped to the filler cap on the new tank and a quick release connector from that to the pipe leading from the Camel tank. It isn't pretty, but works very well. I'll take some pics tomorrow. Cheers.

well i certainly don't need it in europ. but that's not what im planning this for.

can you imagine having to take a leak and needing to wait til you lose close to 30 liters of urine ?

 

Neil did it and i want to know more. as what i have heard is that fuel can be scares in Australia.  and this an way i dont have to go fuel blather or something alike.

what it also does, witch is how i justify it to my self. secondly :i can close the cap's hole and put the breather elsewhere

Welcome, keep giving your T7 time and miles it improves. I’ve an MT-10 etc and  my Tenere is my bike of choice for: trips, fun rides, commuting, some off-road and back roads and it does everything reliably and well; except 80mph wheelies. It is a great bike.
