Yikes, what is the big black thing clinging to the back of the bike? 😉

I know buddy...I'm not proud of it 😆

Needs must on a bike that works for a living but it does come off for the weekends

What was your route?  Living in Victoria, once we conquer all of Vancouver Island, we will take the mainland LOL

Here is my full blog on the trip with maps (all my rides are on  my blog) ...all pavement up to Wells because of time limitations, but there are 2 nice FSR alternatives via Hwy #99 thru Whistler (the Hurley & the Highline) from Pemberton to Lillooet. Once you get out of the Lower mainland there's lots to explore in the Cariboo, Okanagan & Kootenays...let me know when you are coming & we may be able to hook up 🙂

A few pictures from my annual fall camping trip, this time staying at an excellent and very remote camp site in Pennsylvania's Tuscarora State Forest. Leaf colors were peaking, and the weather was unseasonably warm in the high 70s F and mid-55s F at night. I should have packed my lightweight, warm weather sleeping bag instead of the down-filled cold weather bag.

Many of the great dirt and paved roads I followed were part of both the MABDR and the Vertical TPAT (Trans-PA Trail), and once again the T7 was the perfect bike for the ride.

This was an interesting ride in Mexico. Leading up to Dia de Muertos, the town we were in had a parade/zombie walk/run thing that we got invited to. It was a pretty fun experience.

Took a work day off to go for a day ride in between rain storms. It was 43-49 degrees all day. I wore my heated gear but never needed to plug it in. Did use my heated grip “wraps” all day though.
saw this mist waterfall and stopped to take a photo. It is on Nestucca road south of Portland Oregon.
