My cousin and I met up on Monday for breakfast followed by a 130 mile romp through Maryland's Green Ridge State Forest. A few rocks, a little mud and numerous water crossings made for a fun 330-mile perfect weather day.

Birthday ride up on Mingus Mtn. With Fall colors starting to make an appearance. This view never gets old ( unlike me). 😉

Happy Birthday! Wish I was there riding with you. Was back in your area last week hiking the Grand and Bryce Canyon with my wife and son. For as desolate as that area seems, it is beautiful. Had a great time. Might have to come your way again next year, catch up and go for a nice ride.

I think I have Yamaha disease...

Absolutely!  I've got some great camp spots on the North Rim, perfect for mid summer rides that usually don't freeze at night!  Thanks for the well wishes and I look forward to riding with you guys again.

Awesome 11 hour, 390 mile loop from Portland OR to Sisters Or and back. I have my T7 totally dialed in for my style of ride. Finally, easiest 11 hours on my T7 in 10,000 miles of fun

Took a triple digit mileage ride today up Oak Creek Canyon. It required passing through Sedona 2x and whomever called this time the " shoulder" season, obviously hasn't been through Sedona at lunchtime.  Tourists Everywhere!  I should've known better,  but my last ride up there was decent with minimal traffic so I got suckered into looking for fall colors. The peak is still weeks away, so my next attempt will be at sunrise before the tourists have even had their coffee.

 

Very little of the road looked like this:

But I did find an overpriced coffee to enjoy while taking a break from dodging tourists.

Pretty area to see, just need to go early so one can avoid the adrenaline rushes!

Changing my oil and using a K&N oil filter for the first time and noticed the gasket comes “pre” oiled. Classy!
